Well, Mama is a safe, educational, and judgement-free space. It is for women who want to feel strong, supported and nourished in body & mind through every season of motherhood. This is where science meets self-compassion. Where personal growth is inspired, embodied, and celebrated.
After giving birth to my twins in 2021, I experienced postpartum depression and felt disconnected from my body and my identity. Today, as a single mom, personal trainer, and nutrition counselor, I'm deeply committed to helping women feel empowered through movement, nourishment, and honest conversation.
This space is for learning, laughing, connecting, and thriving - together.
